As Office Manager, Shannon leads our companywide Human Resource functions including: hiring, performance management, Affirmative Action, compensation, and great place to work initiatives. In addition, Shannon manages IT and is working to create a quality IT environment that meets employee’s needs and increases efficiency/productivity. Shannon also has an active role in the company’s Strategic Planning process, which is currently underway. Prior to joining Wangard, Shannon worked for MRA-The Management Association. Shannon is a graduate of Marquette University with a Bachelor of Arts in English and Education. She excels in managing multiple tasks while being mindful of the employee’s best interests. She is currently affiliated with MRA and is actively engaged on their HR Roundtable.
