Millennial Milwaukee: Developer eyes new generation
Wangard Partners Inc.’s apartment projects are a glimpse of what the developer predicts Milwaukee will become after the millennials take over. Wangard’s data shows more out-of-staters moving to Milwaukee and more college graduates staying here. The prediction is that Milwaukee’s downtown will fill with young professionals living alone, or as unmarried couples without children, in smaller apartments.
