Wangard Partners, Inc. (WPI) is pleased to announce that our Avenir Apartments project (1437 N. Jefferson Street) has not only been capped off this week, but that the 1st floor retail space in nearly leased up. We are currently seeking one last tenant for the remaining space.

As roofing materials are starting to go on, we seek one last tenant for the retail space that will be located on the ground level. Of the 7,062 sq. ft. of retail space available there is only 1,200 sq. ft. remaining for one last tenant. Currently, Wangard Partners has secured Jimmy John’s, Great Clips and Elite Nutrition as tenants and is in negotiations with a national telephone provider for two additional spaces.   • Located across the street from the East Pointe Marketplace featuring a Pick-n-Save, UPS, Starbucks, Einstein Bros Bagels, Noodles, Sally Beauty, Five Guys and Guaranty Bank

As the spaces are going fast, one last space is available for the right tenant to capture the market for one of the fastest growing areas of redevelopment within the city. Phase I will be completed in late December of this year, while Phase II is anticipated to be completed in 2016.
