Wangard Partners, Inc. (WPI) is pleased to announce that in addition to providing first class commercial property management services, we are now offering residential property management services in-house.

Wangard has been and will continue providing elite property management services for office, retail, flex-tech/warehouse and industrial properties throughout the Midwest. We are now adding to this mix, through the addition of multi-family housing developments. With the success of our 1910 on Water on Milwaukee’s Lower East Side, The Park at 1824 on the East Side and The Preserve at Prairie Creek in Oconomowoc, Wangard Partners has expanded our property management services to include residential properties. With the much anticipated Avenir Apartments and The Reef under construction, expanding services was fundamental and a high priority to sustaining the superior services that our Tenants have come to expect when leasing within our buildings.

To complement our property management services, Wangard has a team of maintenance technicians experienced in all facets of maintenance for corporate, retail and multi-family buildings. Each technician comes with a unique level of expertise. This allows Wangard to engage the appropriate technician for the task at hand. By effectively utilizing our technician staff, Wangard is able to assess and perform many equipment repairs and maintenance items without the need to call on contractors. This expertise on-hand is a unique difference we offer within the marketplace, which aids in our ability to operate our buildings efficiently and at less cost for our Tenants.

In preparation of bringing residential property management services in-house, Wangard Partners has added three property managers, two leasing consultants and two maintenance technicians to our team of professionals. We will continue recruiting top talent as developments are completed and envisioned in the future.
