David D. Clark

David D. Clark served Northwestern Mutual in the executive officer position of senior vice president-real estate until December of 2014 when he retired.  He was responsible for Northwestern Mutual’s investments in mortgage loans and real estate.   He also served as a member of the Investment Committee.  

In his previous roles at Northwestern Mutual, his responsibilities included analysis of portfolio performance, underwriting and closing new investments, investment valuation and risk management. 

David holds two degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.   Until his retirement, he was active in ULI and NAREIM.  He also served on the Board of the UW-Milwaukee Real Estate Foundation and served on the Board of the Milwaukee Economic Development Corporation.
