Bader Rutter’s Journey to Downtown Milwaukee
Bader Rutter’s (BR) development journey started four years prior to the start of construction… literally before a molecule of dirt was moved on site. The largest ad and PR agency in Wisconsin was originally in Downtown Milwaukee many many years ago and then moved out to the “burbs” for a change of scenery and to inspire creativity. Making their current move was a direct result of a lot of internal planning and discussions as well as multiple tours of where they could locate. As with a great majority of companies these days, the client and workplace experiences were major focal points not only for how clients perceive the company, but for staff retention and recruitment purposes. Bader Rutter’s development experiences and transformation are stunning and are a MUST WATCH below.
The Downtown Milwaukee Business Improvement District #21 recently bestowed their coveted Brick & Mortar Award on the 1433 North Water Street building. Learn about our Better Buildings Challenge pledge here!
“We made the decision to bring Bader Rutter back downtown for one overriding reason: We were searching for a great experience for our people and our clients. Simple as that. Downtown offered the best opportunity to create that kind of memorable experience.”
Greg Nickerson, CEO of Bader Rutter
