The building has an urban appeal with contemporary aesthetics. This award-winning development has been recognized by the Commercial Association of Real Estate Wisconsin (CARW), The Milwaukee Business Journal, The Daily Reporter, Wisconsin Commercial Real Estate for Women (WCREW), as well as the Apartment of Owners and Managers Association (AOMA) as a community catalyst with the following awards.
