Meet Michael...

Michael’s role (Project Manager | Construction) within Wangard Partners’ construction division includes assisting in the management of developments for the company. In addition to new developments, Michael also manages existing property tenant build-outs and renovation projects. He has an active role through the entire construction process and is focused on quality control, financial and change management as well as ensuring projects remain on schedule. He also assists Wangard’s property management staff with warranty and service oriented tasks post occupancy.Michael has over 10 years and $20M of construction management and supervisory experience on a variety of projects. He has an Associate of Science degree in Architectural Technology from MATC as well as certification in the Associates of Commercial Real Estate (ACRE) program. Michael is a 40 Under 40 recipient and a board member of Pathfinders Milwaukee.“I appreciate the diversity of projects we are working on and the unique opportunities they each present.
