Wangard Partners, Inc. Announces Closing of Industrial Spec Building at Highlands Business Park

Sussex, WI – April 10, 2024 – Wangard Partners, a Midwest commercial real estate investment and development firm, recently sold W251 N5350 Business Drive, Sussex, WI. The building is 150,000 square feet and was fully leased at the time of sale.

The transaction, completed on April 8, 2024, involved the sale by Highlands A Industrial I LLC to Stag Industrial Inc. headquartered in Boston MA.

The sale is particularly notable as it follows the previous building lease-up in Highlands Business Park, constructed in 2022 and fully leased in 2023. The strong market reception to this property has prompted Wangard to commence another project in the area. Slated for groundbreaking in summer 2024 with occupancy expected by January 2025, the new development will offer 135,000 square feet of industrial space. Furthermore, additional acreage is earmarked for future buildings, potentially adding up to 800,000 square feet of industrial space.
