We have broke ground on the second phase of apartments and the ALL new townhomes at Tivoli Green, and you are invited to join us!

Wangard Partners is thrilled to announce the latest addition to the Mount Pleasant’s highly successful development of Tivoli Green Apartments.

Phase 2 of Tivoli Green will be a continuation of our successful two-story walk-up buildings, and will also introduce 24 townhouse units which will meet the needs of young families in the community.

Located approximately 3 miles east of Interstate-94 in Mount Pleasant, WI, the development will consist of 9 class-A buildings totaling 180 units. When completed, the entire Tivoli Green complex will total 458 units.
