Kyle is responsible for the internal financial controls that are in place in order to maintain compliance with regard to both budget and regulatory compliance and oversight. He directly supervises all accounting and financial functions.

Kyle’s primary responsibilities at Wangard Partners include: cash management, supervision of the monthly close process, monthly invoicing to tenants and building accounts for services provided, collection of accounts receivable, supervising accounts payable, monthly reporting to management and other stakeholders, monthly preparation of a forecast, creating and managing an annual budget as well as draws for construction projects. Kyle has 10 years of experience and is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
