Real estate: Stewart Wangard, chairman and chief executive officer of Wangard Properties - Wangard has developed an array of housing and retail projects in Milwaukee and the surrounding suburbs. Wangard Partners is targeting the millennial generation with 104 apartments in the first phase of its development at the easternmost tip of the Park East corridor.
