Wangard Partners is a Milwaukee-based commercial real estate firm founded in 1992. We develop, invest in, and manage multifamily, industrial, office, and mixed-use properties across Wisconsin and the broader Midwest.

Stewart Wangard has built a strong reputation as a leading developer throughout the Midwest. With more than four decades in the real estate industry, Stu has been involved in more than $3 billion in real estate.
As Executive Chairman, Stewart brings a long-term view and a deep commitment to high standards, stakeholder alignment, and durable partnerships that support successful outcomes across communities, projects, and investments.
Wangard’s ability to execute across multiple asset classes and deliver large, complex mixed-use development reflects a tight-knit network of specialists and a commitment to quality for residents, tenants, partners, and investors.
Stu is a member of the National NAIOP Board of Directors and participates in national committees and conferences as a guest lecturer.

Matt Moroney, Chief Executive Officer
As CEO of Wangard Partners, Matt Moroney brings leadership experience across public and private sectors, combining an ownership mindset with a clear focus on execution, growth, and community outcomes.
Matt’s career began in homebuilding leadership and later included senior roles with the State of Wisconsin, where he helped advance strategic economic initiatives. Today, he leads Wangard’s platform across development, investment, and property management.
