Amanda M. Rios is an Investor Relations Associate at Wangard Partners, where she serves as the primary point of contact for investor communications. She manages day-to-day investor relations operations, including coordinating equity raises, preparing and distributing reporting materials, and overseeing the firm’s investor portal to ensure accurate data management and consistent engagement.

Core responsibilities

Amanda works closely with leadership and accounting teams to support tax documentation and monthly distributions, while also planning and executing investor and corporate events. In addition, she oversees daily office operations, vendor coordination, and company phone and mobile systems.

During her tenure, Amanda has successfully supported multiple equity raises, helped transition the firm and its investors through a portal change, expanded the investor base, and strengthened communication standards and processes. She is known for her organized approach, responsiveness, and ability to manage complex administrative and investor-facing responsibilities simultaneously.

Community & personal

Amanda is an active volunteer in her church and her daughter’s school community. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, especially with her daughter. She has a passion for music and appreciates time outdoors in Lake Geneva, camping, gardening, and reading.
