Jamie Wolski serves as VP of Property Management Operations at Wangard Partners, where she oversees the firm’s commercial and multifamily property management operations.

She leads property management and maintenance teams responsible for day-to-day operational performance across the portfolio while also contributing to company leadership and long-term strategy as a minority owner.

Portfolio experience

With roughly 25 years in the industry, Jamie has personally managed approximately 10 million square feet of commercial real estate in Southeast Wisconsin, bringing a practical, operations-focused approach to asset performance, tenant service, and team development.

Career background

Before joining Wangard Partners, Jamie held leadership and management roles with Transwestern, CBRE, and Colliers International, including eight years at CBRE and seven years at Colliers International.

Oversees day-to-day property operations and maintenance execution across commercial and multifamily assets.

  • Holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation through IREM.
  • Previously served as Co-Chair for the WCREW Impact Awards and as a mentor in the WCREW mentorship program.
  • Active with NAIOP and IREM.
  • Part of Wangard’s minority ownership group helping guide company strategy.

Community involvement

Outside of work, Jamie has stayed active in her community, including multiple years as president of a local soccer club, current board service, and past involvement with the Washington County task force.
