Nicholas Ganos brings 15 years of experience across multiple facets of real estate, including as an investor and more than 12 years in property management.

Before moving into investor relations, he managed some of downtown Milwaukee’s prominent office assets, including Chase Tower and 875 E. Wisconsin Avenue, giving him an operations-informed perspective that helps investors better understand both opportunity and execution.

Nicholas lives in Elm Grove with his wife and two children. He enjoys traveling, spending time with family, golfing, and coaching youth soccer.
