Timothy Voeller serves as Vice President and General Counsel at Wangard Partners, where he leads the Legal, Human Resources, and Risk Management functions.
He oversees legal strategy across the firm’s development, construction, property management, and investment activities, manages outside counsel, guides contract negotiations, and directs employment and compliance matters in close coordination with executive leadership.
Leadership update
Tim was promoted to Vice President and General Counsel in 2024 and joined Wangard’s minority ownership group in 2025, reflecting his growing role in the company’s strategic direction and long-term governance.
Experience
Tim brings more than two decades of legal experience across real estate and corporate matters.
Before joining Wangard, he served as General Counsel at Bielinski Homes for more than 17 years, advising on land acquisition, development, construction, litigation management, and corporate governance. Earlier in his career, he spent more than six years as a Real Estate Associate at Michael Best & Friedrich, representing clients in complex commercial real estate transactions.
